We want you to love your Robotime pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the garments in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
